The wait is finally over. Registration is now open for the landscape industry’s premier event, ELEVATE, presented by NALP and powered by Cat. This year, the national conference will be held in Phoenix, Arizona. ELEVATE is jam-packed with education opportunities from Nov. 2-5, 2025.
Main Stage Sessions

ELEVATE’s Main Stage sessions feature inspiring keynote speakers and are designed to bring all conference attendees together for shared, impactful moments.
Kicking things off on Monday, Nov. 3, for the Opening Main Stage session is Kevin Brown. Brown spent the last 20 years of his corporate career as part of a leadership team that built the family business SERVPRO into the No. 1 franchise in their industry with annual revenues exceeding $2 billion.
A branding and culture expert and author of The Hero Effect, Brown will blend his business insight, personal experience, and passion for helping people into a message that will help attendees unlock their inner hero at work and in life.

Wrapping things up on Wednesday, Nov. 5, Ben Nemtin will deliver the Closing Main Stage session. Nemtin is the #1 New York Times bestselling author of What Do You Want to Do Before You Die? and The Bucket List Journal.
When Nemtin dropped out of school while struggling with depression, he created the world’s greatest bucket list with his three best friends. Every time they accomplished a dream of their own, they also helped a stranger accomplish their dream.
From playing basketball with President Obama to reuniting a father and son after 17 years, Nemtin’s message of radical possibility has inspired millions to unlock their true potential.
