In the 15th episode of the Growing in the Green Industry Podcast, hosts Miles Kuperus III, system architect at Include Software, Neal Glatt, managing partner of GrowTheBench, Luke Melograno, production coordinator at Mariani Landscape talked to Ed Walsh, the business development representative for The Greathouse Company in Nashville, Tennessee.

Walsh builds relationships with commercial and residential prospects and clients, with a commitment to understanding their needs and finding the best possible solution. Walsh is a native of London, England, and moved to the U.S. at 18 after being recruited to swim at the University of Tennessee. He considers himself a landscape rookie/young professional in the green industry with the ability to use his relationship-building skills/work ethic and competitiveness to help him grow within the industry.

In this podcast, Walsh shares how he came to be a landscaper in Nashville, The Greathouse Companyā€™s culture and his passion for the industry. He also discusses how they conduct team selling and the benefits of it.
