Wollenberg grew up in a small town in Oklahoma and attended Oklahoma State University where she earned her degree in landscape management. She joined the LandCare team in Dallas after graduating. Since then she has earned her irrigation license in Texas and is working towards becoming a branch manager at LandCare. Wollenberg loves her career because every day is different.
In this podcast, Wollenberg shares how she originally turned down LandCare’s job offer and the importance of providing career advancement to employees to keep them long term. She says LandCare’s investment in her helped her know they truly cared about her beyond being an employee. Wollenberg says turnover has been minimal this year and that everyone has been stepping up to the plate to help out.
