The Rose and Thorn of Working at Home: Episode 1 of the New Growing in the Green Industry Podcast

The NALP Young Professionals Network has launched a new podcast called Growing in the Green Industry. The first episode is hosted by Neal Glatt, managing partner of GrowTheBench, Miles Kuperus III, system architect at Include Software, Brett Lemcke, VP of R.M. Landscape, and Luke Melograno, production coordinator at Mariani Landscape. They share insights on how young professionals in the green industry work.

In this episode, the panelists discuss how COVID-19 has impacted operations, remote working, and health and safety for employees and managers. Topics covered include how companies have adapted, resources available to navigate challenges, employee well-being, and impacts for the future.
