Landscape talked to Paul Fraynd, LIC, CEO of Sun Valley Landscaping.
Fraynd leads the company’s growth and strategy while maintaining their core values and operating in a way that would make his Mom proud. Starting his business while completing his B.S.B.A. at Creighton University, Fraynd purchased a $50 garage sale mower and employed his mother as one of his first part-time employees. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for NALP.
In this podcast, Fraynd shares about his early years of his business, and how he eventually partnered with Hugh Morton. He says 75 to 80 percent of the company is composed of young professionals. He says this has helped them be more agile and forward-thinking. Fraynd is passionate about giving opportunities to others and influencing them to do things “The Sun Valley Way.”
