Gramer has a B.S. in business management from Bentley University, is a past president of the Massachusetts Association of Landscape Professionals, is a Massachusetts Certified Landscape Professional, and is the current chairperson of the NALP Professional Development and Standards Advisory Council.

NatureWorks is a high-end residential landscape firm serving suburban Boston. The company offers a variety of services, including estate care, fine gardening, plant health care, irrigation, tree care, season décor, design and construction, and snow and ice management. The $10 million company employs 85 team members who make it all happen.

In this podcast, Gramer provides an overview of his organization’s early adoption and rollout of robotic mowers, modifications made to their sales process and customer service experience, and details the benefits and challenges of embracing technology.
