McNichol provides solutions to property managers, facility engineers, and building owners who are worried about snowstorms slowing and shutting down their operations during the winter. He is a Certified Snow Professional through SIMA and attained a Project Management Certification through Penn State. McNichol has previous experience selling and managing landscaping and other exterior maintenance projects prior to focusing exclusively on snow & ice management services.

In this podcast, McNichol shares his best practices and how to properly prepare for the snow season and why it’s important to have a 12-month plan. He also touches on how to manage the risks with the risk being so great for the snow industry.
