After finishing up his degree in environmental studies from the University of Richmond, Flynn joined up with the Peace Corps, which took him to Paraguay for two-and-a-half years, where he served as an environmental and education volunteer.
When he returned to the States, he worked at Wollman Gardens outside of Washington, D.C., Lowe’s Garden Center and Greencare Landscape, both in Scarborough, Maine, before joining Seabreeze Property Services, in Portland, Maine, in 2016. He quickly rose through the ranks and became CEO in July 2020.
