Posehn came to SiteOne three years ago and has built relationships with school organizations to increase female and minority representation for entry-level talent. She developed a first-of-its-kind mentorship between SiteOne female professionals and a national Ag sorority, which expanded employer brand recognition across the country and resulted in permanent and intern hires.
