Rossen started his company in 2003 and has grown his company to 42 employees strong right now. Webster has been with the company for a year and did an internship with the company as part of her education at Sandhills Community College.
In this podcast, Rossen and Webster discuss how to recruit and retain employees. They provide different perspectives of the recruitment process to help educate employers on what future employees are looking for when deciding what company to invest in. In addition, Rossen and Webster touch base on the importance of having a mentor throughout the recruitment process.
