As a sales and operations manager, he provides solutions to property managers, facility engineers, and building owners who are worried about snowstorms slowing and shutting down their operations during the winter. McNichol is a Certified Snow Professional through SIMA and attained a Project Management Certification through Penn State.ā€Æ
