Pacific Landscape Management Expands to Seattle Market

Pacific Landscape Management, based in Hillsboro, Oregon, is expanding to the Puget Sound region by partnering with Earthworks Landscape Services and the commercial landscape maintenance division of His Hands Lawn Care.

After caring for the Portland Vancouver area for the past 22 years, many Portland customers with properties in the Puget Sound market inquired if Pacific would maintain their Seattle properties as well. Pacific set a strategic objective in 2021 to grow into the greater Seattle area.

ā€œI am proud of our many long-standing relationships in Portland and was always honored to be encouraged to expand into the Puget Sound region,ā€ says Bob Grover, president of Pacific Landscape Management.Ā ā€œAs our team grew and client relationships expanded, expansion to the Puget Sound market became a natural next step for our organization. We are excited to partner with the Earthworks and His Hands teams to bring our service to the Puget Sound region.ā€

In preparation of this expansion, Tom DiMeco and Frank Corzine have also joined the Pacific Management Team.Ā

Earthworks Landscape Services has served the area for over 50 years and president Mike Moshcatel is taking this as an opportunity to retire.Ā

ā€œI am excited to have my team join Pacific and am confident that this is a great move for our company, our team, and our customers,ā€ Moshcatel says.

His Hands Lawn Care has served the region and the peninsula since 1995, providing landscape installation and maintenance as well as snow and ice services. They have strategically decided to focus on their core competency of landscape installation.

ā€œWe have worked with Tom DiMeco for several years and when this opportunity with Pacific presented itself, we immediately determined it was a great move for us and our maintenance staff and customers,ā€ says Charlie Orozco, president of His Hands Lawn Care.Ā

Earthworks and the maintenance division of His Hands will serve Pacificā€™s regional customers and provides career opportunities for their team and the teams joining. Pacific now has five branch locations and 150 professionals to serve the Puget Sound region.
