In the 38th episode of the Growing in the Green Industry Podcast, hosts Neal Glatt, managing partner of GrowTheBench, Brett Lemcke, VP of R.M. and Macey Wollenberg, branch manager at LandCare talk with Ashly Neneman, general manager of Sun Valley Landscaping, based in Omaha, Nebraska.

As general manager of Sun Valley Landscaping, Neneman leads the company through the many challenges and hurdles of the green industry and the Omaha market and more recently COVID-19. In the last 10 years, Neneman has been part of exponential growth, seeing the company from $950,000 in revenue to a goal of almost $7 million at the end of 2021.

In that time, she has helped the company navigate a merger and five acquisitions, which included a complete re-brand and an irrigation division start-up. Neneman also founded Commit20 in 2015 as a way for the company to celebrate their 20th year in business by not only giving back but to encourage a shift in the mindset of employees at Sun Valley.
