Lucas has spent 30 years with Brickman/Brightview and worked the typical career path of account manager, branch manager and regional manager, then was a national account manager for the last eight years with Brickman/Brightview overseeing some larger accounts around the country. Lucas left in 2015 to work with Chapel Valley as a trainer and while there, was exposed to a PGR for shrubs called Trimtect, made by Rainbow, where he currently works. Lucas currently oversees the advancement of Trimtect with many landscape companies.
