LANDSCAPES 2016 is in the books and it was a great one! Approximately 1,800 attendees met, mingled, and learned new secrets to success at the nearly 50 education sessions and networking events, receptions and parties.
New this year, the Young Professionals Networking Group party launched with a packed house of enthusiastic industry up-and-comers. The party was hosted by NALP President Brett Lemcke, and NALP member Kelly Dowell.
The show, GIE+EXPO, was the largest ever this year and drew a huge crowd to look at and test the newest equipment.
We also gave out more than 100 awards during the Awards and Recognition Celebration, recognizing achievements in safety, certification, and landscape project work. We also inducted eight new Trailblazers, who will become the newest mentors to other industry professionals.
