As we celebrate our national holiday, I wanted to take this opportunity to share some thoughts with you all – my green industry colleagues and associates.
Over 200 years ago a group of dedicated men and women volunteered to bring freedom for themselves, their families and a new nation that would set the tone for where we are today. They believed that their struggles would enable others to have better lives and opportunities. It is not that different today with all of us, working together, seeking greater opportunities and volunteering for what we believe is best for all. Sometimes our charted course may take detours but we will achieve and reach our desired goals.
So too, as we share this fabulous freedom with family, friends and loved ones, please enjoy the holiday and be safe. Hopefully we will see many of you next week at PLANET’s Leadership Week, and Renewal & Remembrance at Arlington National Cemetery where approximately 400 of us will gather to give back and volunteer for what we believe is right.
