In the tenth episode of the Growing in the Green Industry Podcast, hosts Miles Kuperus III, system architect at Include Software, Neal Glatt, managing partner of GrowTheBench, Brett Lemcke, VP of R.M. Landscape, and Luke Melograno, production coordinator at Mariani Landscape posed questions for each other.

Kuperus shared his passion for helping others and making their lives easier and Melograno says he finds enjoyment in how every day is different and participates in almost every aspect of the business. Lemcke says he likes seeing people within his company growing while Glatt says he is driven by being able to coach individuals and helping them be more successful.
