Posehn’s career in recruiting started in 1999 and has been dedicated primarily in the corporate recruiting space for Fortune 500 companies. She came to SiteOne three years ago and has built relationships with school organizations to increase female and minority representation for entry-level talent. She developed a first-of-its-kind mentorship between SiteOne female professionals and a national Ag sorority, which expanded employer brand recognition across the country and resulted in permanent and intern hires.
