In the newest episode of The Big Green Podcast, CEO of LandCare Mike Bogan talks with NALP CEO Britt Wood about how LandCare has responded to a pandemic they never planned for. Bogan says communication is key and they’ve segmented all customers by market segments and put different risk factors on them. They communicate with high-risk clients and identify their challenges and work to be proactive.
LandCare has 3,000 employees at peak nationwide and Bogan says they’ve created an employee relief fund that all employees can contribute to and help other employees who are facing tough times during the pandemic. The fund currently has around $100,000 available for LandCare employees.
