CEO’s Unplugged Panel Announced for Leaders Forum

For the second year in a row, Leaders Forum is holding a CEOs Unplugged session. CEOs Unplugged gives you the chance to ask some of the most successful landscape CEOs questions in a relaxed, informal and conversational environment. Learn a little about this year’s CEO panel below.

  • Jennifer Lemcke, COO, Weed Man USA

Jennifer has over twenty years experience in the lawn care industry in both Canada and the United States. After working in the field and building up large operations, Jennifer is now responsible for training and supporting Weed Man’s USA sub-franchisors and dealers.

  • Chris Joyce, President, Joyce Landscaping Inc ., Marstons Mills, MA

With a passion for landscaping, Chris began his career in high school with a single lawn mower. After graduating from UMass he pursued his passion further and now owns and operates one of the largest landscape organizations in his region servicing both residential and commercial clients.

  • Paul Fraynd, CEO, Sun Valley Landscaping, Omaha, NE

Paul’s landscaping career began with the purchase of a $50 garage sale mower and an interest to start a company. After his homegrown lawn mowing business proved success he partnered with a fellow industry veteran to start Sun Valley Landscaping (give a stat)

  • Mark Tomko, CEO, Metco Landscape, Aurora, CO

Mark Tomko started Metco Landscape in 1997 after leaving his career as a stockbroker. He has grown his company to a multi-million dollar business that operates four distinct divisions: maintenance and snow, custom (residential design/build), a commercial and homebuilder department.

  • Jason Mathers , President, Monarch Landscape Management, Houston, TX 

Jason started his career in the Green Industry as a part-time passion, but made it a full-time career in 2002 when he started the Monarch brand. The company has grown into a multiple locations and over one hundred employees strong.
